Yesterday I was invited to 2013 FORMULA 1 PETRONAS MALAYSIA GRAND PRIX Road Show and corporate dinner hosted by Tourism Malaysia and Grand Prix Malaysia.

Well, what did you expect it to be? As the title suggests, it was Race to Malaysia.
The dinner was just a part of it. The night was Formula 1 races, drinks, photo shoots, prizes and loads of fun!

The idea was to promote Sepang International Circuit and its CEO Dato’ Razlan Razali apprised us on how they are promoting it. A separate post will come on it.
At the venue, there were several teams of 5 members each participating in F1 races and the winning team was to get tickets for F1 race to be held at Sepang, Kuala Lumpur from 22nd to 24th March.

This is the winning team playing with great concentration. Yeah, for a change we don’t mind drinks & drive going together as long as we keep our vehicle on the track !
The team won the whole package … F1 tickets to see the race, air tickets to & fro Kuala Lumpur from Malaysia Airlines and hotel stay as well !

Tensed? Not at all, the beautiful lady is keeping an eye on the track ! I was part of this team and we had loads of fun and each member won a F1 ticket.

I had seen them standing separately, keeping to themselves. I think they noticed that I was also alone. When the official photographer was clicking me, these two girls from Russia waited for it to finish and then approached me and expressed their wish to have a photo with me. I was quite surprised ! I will tell you more on the girls later in a separate post.
After 3-4 shots of us, other people also joined the gang.

Oh! I again ditched the Valley of Flowers!
