Remembering 9/11 – a Tribute in Light

It was a Tribute in Light.

Two bright rays of light at ground zero …. piercing through clouds, reaching the sky…..
……. to salute the people and remember the day.

9/11 @lemonicks.com

Twin rays of hope at ground Zero, New York.

This rare shot was taken on 9/11 of year 2004 from an apartment across the Hudson river. It was sudden, after dinner peeping out time and saw these  powerful rays denoting twin towers and no time was wasted in capturing the moment with whatever equipment I readily had.

Look carefully, the rays of hope make everything else so small.

This picture is very close to my heart and I am proud to have it in my collection.
